Class of 2016:

Hannah Norman
Level 10

Hannah attends Thurston High School in Springfield, Oregon. Last season was her first year as a level 10. She started the season strong placing 2nd all-around at her first two meets. Unfortunately growth related injuries brought her season to an end after State. Fortunately we think she is finished growing and plans to be back strong later in 2014. In 2012 she competed at level 9. That year at the State Championships (in the Jr. 14-15 division) she placed 2nd on vault and beam, 3rd all-around, 4th on floor, and 5th on bars. At Regionals (in the Jr. C division) she placed 1st on beam and 3rd on bars. However, growth related injuries prevented her from vaulting and she had to simplify her floor routine, where she placed 6th. Hannah’s skills include a Yurchenko layout full on vault, a Tkachev and pak salto on bars, a side aerial on beam and roundoff 2 1/2 on floor.
